A new customer required that Holden provide Order Channel Management for orders coming in via phone, fax, email, eight websites and nine daily FTP files. Holden developed seven consumer websites and a complex Bulk/Trade site for their 13,000 agency partners and field sales people and set up phone, fax, and email order support in our Program Management group. The process includes printing personalized letters and providing Automated Rate Shopping for 40,000 consumer orders and 4,000 Bulk/Trade orders seamlessly every month. Holden’s paperless Inventory Asset Management and Order Processing systems ensure that 97% of all orders ship within 24 hours, most going the same day. After 18 months the customer expressed that this complex business had been with three different partners in six years, but that they had finally found a long-term partnership for this marketing support.


FULFILLMENT DATABASE SUPPORT

A new customer had spent $600,000 and a year of programming to set up a complex fulfillment website and database with a previous partner that was not meeting their needs. Holden MSS built a replacement from scratch for $140,000 in three months and gave the customer much improved functionality (as stated by their 170 local offices throughout the US). This allowed our customer to focus on growing their business.
